This new relationship allows our team the opportunity to sell Cavco Homes, Fleetwood Homes, and Champion Homes to residents of California. Our company’s relationship with these esteemed manufactured home factories allows for every one of our customers to experience a customized and specific mobile home built to perfection. Our California base of operation is located in Northridge; the heart of the San Fernando Valley.
